ThriveHQ sessions follow a consistent rhythm to support focus, energy, and sustainability throughout the year. In 2026, sessions are held during three main 10-week blocks, with 2-week breaks in between and a longer Christmas/New Year break.

  • 27 Jan – 3 Apr — Weekly sessions
  • 7 Apr – 17 Apr — Autumn Holidays (No Sessions)
  • 20 Apr – 3 Jul — Weekly sessions
  • 6 Jul – 17 Jul — Winter Holidays (No Sessions)
  • 20 Jul – 25 Sep — Weekly sessions
  • 28 Sep – 9 Oct — Spring Holidays (No Sessions)
  • 12 Oct – 12 Dec — Weekly sessions
  • 15 Dec – 27 Jan 2027 — Christmas/New Year Break – No Sessions

Live group sessions take place on:

  • Planning Tuesdays at 6:00 PM AEST
  • BONUS Session offered – Focus Thursdays at 12:00 PM AEST
